Kioto Sayville is a owned and operated by Milton Regis. Milton is a 4th degree Black Belt from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who has more than 37 years of training and teaching experience. He is a student of Grand Master Francisco Mansor and has been training under Master since he was nine. We are truly a family here at Kioto and we live and breathe what we teach on the mat.
